An NPC design for a hypothetical Souls-like game, based on events that inspired the myth of King Arthur, the dark ages of the sub-roman Britain and the invasion of Anglo-Saxons. The character is based on a legendary smith from Germanic mythology.
He is a key blacksmith NPC that you have to rescue from captivity at some point in the game. His new captors are very well acquainted with his shady past, so they have beaten him into submission by gouging his left eye, pulling all or most of his teeth and encasing him in his skull-like prisoner mask. Or at least, that's the story that Weyland tells you.
